Our structural engineers have decades of experience providing support for a variety of building types (commercial, public safety, residential, educational, wastewater, healthcare, municipal, etc.) on rehabilitation, alteration, replacement, temporary construction, and new construction projects. From the sub-basement to the roof, we provide assessment and design modifications that ensure the safety of all buildings.

As Fuss & O’Neill has offices throughout the Northeast, we have particular experience with the sensitive nature of working on historic buildings, structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places, or those located within historic districts. To extend both the project’s longevity and our clients’ investments, we integrate sustainable solutions (including supporting alternative energy infrastructure) and our designs factor in the current and future effects of climate change.
