Neal Kelly, LSP has joined civil and environmental engineering firm Fuss & O’Neill as an Associate. As a Massachusetts Board of Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Licensed Site Professional (LSP), Neal will be adding his expertise to the firm and overseeing the assessment and remediation of project sites in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection’s Massachusetts Contingency Plan.
Neal has more than 24 years of experience working in environmental assessment and remediation, including soil, groundwater, and air impacted waste sites. He has provided technical knowledge to projects throughout New England while ensuring that they meet applicable federal and state environmental regulations. When asked why he chose Fuss & O’Neill, Neal’s answer is straightforward: “the people.” Neal noted his eagerness to work with and contribute to a team of talented technical experts in multiple facets of environmental engineering and consulting.
