Civil and environmental engineering firm Fuss & O’Neill is proud to announce the acquisition of Bayside Engineering. This strategic investment establishes a fourth Massachusetts office for the firm and increases Fuss & O’Neill’s service offerings in the metro-Boston area.
Bayside Engineering was established more than 50 years ago and has an established presence in the traffic, transportation, survey, construction, and bridge engineering markets. The firm is well regarded for their knowledge and experience advancing projects through the regulatory process, which translates to project savings. The Woburn office will continue to provide its clients with exceptional, personalized service, while now being able to offer the full suite of Fuss & O’Neill’s multidisciplinary services.
Bayside Engineering’s former president, Norman Brown, PE, PLS notes that the opportunity to join
Fuss & O’Neill was the right decision for the company.
Over the years, numerous firms have approached us about acquiring Bayside, but none matched the shared qualities we sought until Fuss & O’Neill. They treat employees and clients like family, provide professional engineering services throughout New England, and operate in the same industry, ensuring a seamless transition. This strategic move promises enhanced growth opportunities for our employees and secures our legacy in the industry.
