Located in the Central Business District, a short walk from the historic Proctors Theatre, Fuss & O’Neill’s Schenectady office is home to creative design professionals who are shaping both the way projects are visualized and how these projects can increase resilience and add co-benefits.
Collaboration is key; our landscape architects, planners, and resilience experts spend a lot of time in the communities in which they work, listening to the issues from the people experiencing them and learning from, and designing to, these first-hand accounts.
With a focus on urban design, master planning, downtown/waterfront revitalization, park design, green infrastructure, and flood resilience/mitigation, these design professionals craft safe, inviting, and exquisite spaces for our New England and New York clients.
Our collaborative studio is where science-based design and creative placemaking meet – taking an idea to concept, guiding the client, project team members, and interested parties towards a unified goal.

The office entrance is located on the side of the building at the courtyard entrance. Fuss & O’Neill’s office is located on the second floor.
