Shawn Martin

Shawn manages the firm’s Central Region, which is composed of operations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

He oversees four offices and more than 100 employees, sets regional goals, identifies new areas of opportunity, and supports corporate objectives. Shawn coordinates with the other Regional Managers to ensure proper staff levels and resource management, which guarantees that client deliverables are achieved.

Shawn ensures compliance with regulatory and company standards, guides regional management staff, and supports corporate strategic planning. He evaluates potential clients, projects, and markets, balancing expertise and opportunities to create smart growth.
