Maggie oversees the firm’s recruitment, compensation and benefits programming, employee relations, and training.
Maggie develops, and oversees implementation of, company policies and procedures to ensure that Fuss & O’Neill is an inclusive workplace that fosters professional growth and allows all employees to be their best and truest selves. Maggie works with all managers and supervisors to ensure that all staff understand their roles, that they have professional development opportunities, and that they have access to all resources needed to safely and successfully perform their jobs.
