John is in responsible charge of all company operations, most importantly our culture of collaboration and service.

John analyzes past performance and identifies challenges and corrective actions to optimize service quality and increase efficiencies. Working with firm leaders, John sets company goals, oversees performance, and identifies growth opportunities. He ensures that all employees have professional development opportunities; establishes and implements policies and procedures that support the firm’s safety culture; and facilitates cross-department and cross-region resource allocation.

John leverages his practical experience and his decades at the firm to ensure the sustainable growth of Fuss & O’Neill and to ensure that our clients receive optimum service.
