John Chambers

John is in responsible charge of all company operations, most importantly our culture of collaboration and service.

He analyzes past performance and identifies challenges and corrective actions to optimize service quality and increase efficiencies that benefit our clients. Working with leadership and department heads, John sets company goals, oversees company and staff performance, and identifies growth opportunities. He leads each of the firm’s regions, collaborating with Regional Managers to determine priorities; to ensure that all employees have training, equipment, and career development; and to foster collaboration and cohesion among all groups across the regions.

John leverages his practical experience and his decades at the firm to ensure the sustainable growth of Fuss & O’Neill and optimum service to our clients.
