JoAnn manages the firm’s North Region, which is composed of operations in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
JoAnn leads North Region growth initiatives and new market pursuits. She oversees all operational practices, ensuring that staff and projects adhere to QA/QC procedures and that employees have the training and resources to perform at their best.
JoAnn collaborates with office managers and coordinates with other Regional Managers to ensure proper distribution of work. This ensures that our clients receive first-rate customer service and that projects are properly staffed. She analyzes industry trends and firm financials to direct strategic planning to drive regional growth.
