Erik Mas

Erik brings over 30 years of water resources planning and engineering experience to his role as Business Line Leader. During his three decades with Fuss & O’Neill, he has contributed to and led significant growth in the firm’s Water and Natural Resources practice, applying his expertise in climate resilience and adaptation, watershed management, and green stormwater infrastructure to develop comprehensive solutions to stormwater, water quality, flooding, and ecosystem challenges. Erik and the Water and Natural Resources team partner with a variety of public sector clients – municipalities, state and federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, and others – to develop, secure funding for, and implement innovative and impactful water resources and climate resilience/restoration projects. He is passionate about developing forward-thinking engineering solutions that make our infrastructure, the environment, and communities more resilient to the impacts of climate change.
