Craig Lapinski

Craig manages the firm’s South Region, which is home to our corporate headquarters and largest employee base. He is responsible for client management, strategic pursuits, and region expansion.

Craig analyzes past performance to identify successful operations, and creates and implements corrective actions, as needed. He identifies resource needs and collaborates on strategic hiring decisions. Craig sets and manages regional budgets, coordinates with other Regional Managers to balance workload and meet schedules, and guides strategic planning in the pursuit of large regional opportunities. He ensures that all work product is in line with company and regulatory requirements and that it meets clients’ needs.
