Located in the renovated American Locomotive Works complex, the technical professionals of our Providence office provide a wide range of services to support land development, brownfields remediation, building systems design, infrastructure modernizations, climate resilience, and water and natural resource protection restoration projects.
Being located in Providence for more than 25 years and working with local communities means that these industry specialists have extraordinary expertise and understanding of local design and permitting requirements. This experience helps our clients (developers, utility companies, municipalities, state agencies, etc.) navigate complex regulatory, environmental, permitting, and design challenges by providing innovative solutions and keeping schedules and budgets on track.

Parking and Building Access
Parking
Visitors can park anywhere in the lot in front of the building. There is also two-hour visitor’s parking in the driveway once you turn on Iron Horse Way.
Building Access
Enter the building through the door visible from the parking lot and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Turn left out of the elevator and you will find Suite 204. Ring the bell to the right of the entry door and someone will come to the door to greet you.
