For more than 20 years, Fuss & O’Neill has assisted regulated municipalities and state agencies meet the requirements of the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit program. Our MS4 experience includes assisting clients comply with existing permits, designing innovative stormwater controls, addressing flooding and water quality challenges, as well as developing regulatory policy and design standards.
