Krithiga Sridar

Krithiga oversees all aspects of the firm’s information systems, leading a team of GIS analysts, computer analysts, help desk technicians, CAD specialists, and administrators.

She ensures network security, directs online operations, performs systems analysis, manages all internal hardware and software, and integrates the firm’s goals with operations. Krithiga evaluates existing systems against technological advancements and the needs of the firm. She implements upgrades, supervises testing and rollout, and ensures employee training and compliance. Krithiga develops and oversees information systems’ policies and company best practices.
